Some people come to counseling looking for an expert. While we certainly have extensive training in counseling, you are the expert about yourself. Counseling is a team effort. We will work together to help you or your child achieve your desired positive outcomes.

About me
My name is Luke Watson and I am the owner of New Waters Counseling LLC. I am a licensed professional counselor in PA as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have worked in the mental health field for over 14 years with children and adolescents. My approach to counseling emphasizes wellness and focuses on strengths. I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help kids and teens manage and cope with strong emotions and negative thoughts.
